This is the concept: A fusion of the French and Alpine cuisine. Uncomplicated, but infinitely delicious. The menu? Is passé. We compose, you arrange, vegan, fish, meat, in family style or individually from small snacks to large dinners. That's because of the real, lived tyrolean hospitality and because of the renowned kitchen.
